Standard Machine Configurations:

1. Vacuum drum: strong label absorption and adhering to make tight fitting of label and bottle.
2. Different size of star wheel: to separate the transport bottle steadily.
3. Cutter wheel: cut the whole volume of label cut into leaflets in a specific location.
4. Coating wheel: coat the hot melt adhesive on the head and end of one piece of label.
5. Belt label pressing wheel: fit the labels and bottles by pressure.
6. Melt glue machine: melt the block hot melt adhesive.
7. Conveyor belt: length of 2 m, with power and chain plate.
