Automatic Water Spraying Bottle Cooling Tunnel For Hot Filling Production Line

This machine adopts a three section steam recycling heating design. The first section uses water at 30 degrees; the second part is at 50 degrees, and the third part adopts aseptic water spray. The outlet bottle temperature is below 40 degrees.

Features:

1) The chain plate is a "Lisheng" brand product
2) The conveyor is frequency controlled
3) All nozzle and spray tubes are made of stainless steel and spray evenly
4) The catchment flume is made of stainless steel and equipped with a level
alarm device
5) The spray-cooling tunnel has a spray cooling recycling water pump and
steam adjustment valve
6) Steam consumption is adjusted according to the temperature.
