Blowing-Filling-Capping combine machine is based on rich and successful experience of complete line projects of ASG Group, merging technology of rotary blowing, filling and capping , realizing continuous process of blowing, filling and capping through blowing process, filling process,capping equipment and intelligent integration innovation. This equipment is mainly composed of the following six systems: preform loading system, perform uscrambler, perform heating system, blowing, filling, capping, and electrical integration system.

Taking 36,000 BPH(500ml) water line for example, compared to the traditional split technology, it can save more than 30% water, more than 15% electricity , more than 60% space,  more than 20% equipment investment and more than 15% operation cos for users.

The capacity range from 8,000 to 42,000BPH for options.
