Bottle Blowing Bottle Filling Machine High Speed 10000BPH - 36000BPH
A. Brief instruction:
MX full auto rotary type blowing machine is designed by us at the base of adsorbing international
modest blowing technology—high speed rotary type two steps blowing-filling-capping in 1
mono-block machine. This machine is consisted of main blowing machine,heating stove,auto
sending pre-form device,electrical controlling system and pneumatic controlling system. This
type machine has characters of high degree of automation,stable specification,high efficiency
manufacturing and low cost.
B.Blowing process:
a) Pre-form inlet controlling
Put pre-forms into hopper of auto sending device,send to heating stove through belt and drum unit.
b) Bottle pre-form heating controlling
Bottle pre-forms are sent to pre-form base by guide turntable; the bases get pre-forms and then
send to stove for heating one by one.
The heating stove has 8-floors infrared lamp to heat pre-forms, the pre-forms run itself and also
the infrared lamp can be adjusted temperature independently.
Heating stove has perform screw head cooling way and stove ventilation and coolinggair duct, it
ensures that pre-forms will not be hardly warmed.
c) Blowing technology controlling
Discharge warmed pre-forms to outlet guide by discharge pre-form cover, put pre-forms into blowing
moulds by manipulator, seal the bottle mouth and extrude the body, also inlet two grade air
pressure(pre-blowing pressure and high pressure air) and make pre-form to be bottles. According
to the requirement of art, there will inlet cooling water for moulds, all above processes are controlled
by main machine computer.
d) Bottle check and outlet
After blowing, the manipulator get bottles out of mould and the qualified bottle will be send to guide,
this guide can be connected directly to filling line and also can connect to conveying chain, send to
bottle warehouse.
C. Mainstucture:
a) High pressure mould lock device---ensure the quality of bottle forming
b) Patent floating preform head design---ensure no leakage when bottle blowing
c) Pull rod quick exhaust valve—quick forming and stable quality
d) Teeth protective device—cooling water tunnel
e) Automatic material supplying system and leakage alarm
f) Automatic bottle outlet system—it can connect to conveyor to improve automation.
g) Side fan of heating tank—ensure using life of lights
h) Air exhaust fan can adjust speed according to different requirements to adjust air blowing
i) Failure elimination with showing function
j) Air blowing of bottom mould—unloading mold of bottle bottom and cooling
